Refund Policy
We hope you are in love with your shoes as much as we are but if you are not happy with the fitting or style you need to let us know immediately.
Thereafter you have seven days to return the shoes to us ensuring you enclose the original store receipt.
We recommend that your retain your receipt from An Post until your refund has cleared.
All items must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original undamaged packaging.
Please try shoes on indoors on a carpeted surface taking care not to mark the soles. They should be returned in their own original box.
Any shoes that are received back in our store which are not in a resaleable condition will be returned to you.
Refunds are processed within seven days of receipt of same.
Please note, refunds can only be issued back to your original payment method.
To start a return, you can contact us at nozomisales@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
